Manager’s Checklist

Important Dates:
Registration & Payment Deadline: October 26, 2026
Roster Freeze Deadline: October 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM PST
Online Check-In Deadline: October 31, 2026 at 5:00 PM PST
Schedule Release Date: November 19, 2026
Tournament Dates: November 27–29, 2026

Required Documents:

• Official Tournament Roster
• Current 2026/2027 Player Cards (including Guest Players)
• Permission to Travel Form (if required)
• Guest Player Forms (if applicable)
• Do NOT upload Medical Release Forms

Roster Changes:

All roster changes must be completed by October 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM PST. Contact usysnv@gmail.com before the deadline if changes are needed.

Field Checkin:

All teams must report to the Field Marshal Tent nearest their field 45 minutes prior to each match.

Please have physical player cards, players present, shin guards, and cleats available.

HOW TO UPLOAD DOCUMENTS FOR ONLINE CHECK-IN (GOTSPORT)

Step 1: Log in to your Coach/Manager GotSport account and select Team Management.
Step 2: Click on the team you are registering.
Step 3: Open the Team Registrations tab.
Step 4: Select Las Vegas Thanksgiving Classic 2026.
Step 5: Open the Registration tab.
Step 6: Click Edit.
Step 7: Upload all required documents and verify they are legible.

Roster Sizes & Guest Players

U9–U10 (7v7) – Maximum 12 Players (5 guest players included)
U11–U12 (9v9) – Maximum 16 Players (5 guest players included)
U13–U14 (11v11) – Maximum 18 Players (5 guest players included)
U15–U19 (11v11) – Maximum 22 Players (5 guest players included)
